Large, classic colonial home in the Village of Dryden, one block from downtown. Two story, three bedrooms, large closets, 1.5 baths, laundry, dishwasher. Attached greenhouse. Large backyard.
Included: Water, electric, Internet.
TERMS
Short-term, December 15th, 2021 to June 15th, 2022. (Might be able to flex on move-in, move-out timelines.)
Why short term? The house will be undergoing renovations and roofing starting in June so it would be an inconvenience for both the tenants and owner to have people living in the house.
This is a big house and a great transitional housing opportunity.
$1,750/Month.
PETS
Yes, per approval by landlord.
